Boarding

Located on 5 quiet acres with 6 paddocks

6 10X12 matted stalls, 4 in the barn and 2 in a paddock

Each stall has:

-- 2 water buckets

-- Corner feeder, hay rack and salt block

-- Stalls are cleaned daily and bedded as needed.

Horses are fed grain 2xs a day, (Pellet, sweet, hay stretcher, or 2 different senior feeds) and hay (Timothy) 3-4xs a day. Supplements, supplied by owner, added at no extra cost.

Daily to 24/7 turnout, depending on weather and season.

Paddocks cleaned daily.

-- Each paddock with salt block, water trough, and hay rack.

Worming (every other month on the 15th)

Blankets on and off (within reason)

Hold for farrier/vet/dentist (depending on manager availability).
If your horse needs to go out in private turnout, this is not a problem, and we do not charge extra for it.

We used Mike Mullen for our horse dentist, Matt Smith farrier, and Dr. Bruce Barnes for our vet. We do not require you to use them, though.

We do not have set barn hours, as every one does have different schedules, so we can work with you. We *DO* have set feed times. We feed and clean in the morning from 6:30-8:30 (horses eat at about 7am); they get "lunch" (hay or grain if needed) around noon. We feed and clean in the p.m. from 3:30-5:30 (horses generally fed at about 4). The horses then get their last feeding of hay at night check.
